Patrons & Benefactors

Over the past few years the SLG has been able to develop and thrive thanks to the generous support of a growing number of individuals. By joining as a patron, benefactor or exhibition donor, you will be welcomed into a network of people who are passionate about contemporary art and really believe in the SLG and its future growth.

When making your gift to the SLG, we can guarantee that your donation will directly support our artistic and education programmes.  In return, you can enjoy closer access to the gallery, exclusive invitations to events and named acknowledgment of your support.

Patrons

Join the SLG as a patron for an annual donation of £1,000; or set up a standing order for three years' support and donate £800 per year or £67 per month. As a patron you can enjoy:

  • Invitations to at least one post-private view dinner per year
  • Invitations to gallery openings, special events and previews with exhibiting artist(s)
  • Opportunities to hear artists, the SLG’s director and curators give informal tours of exhibitions
  • Priority booking on the hire of the main gallery, Clore Studio and double height dining area.
  • Named acknowledgment in the gallery entrance and on the SLG website
  • Complimentary copies of SLG exhibition brochures

Programme Benefactors

If you would like to join higher level supporters of the SLG, become a Benefactor and be part of a new group of individuals who make an annual minimum donation of £2,000. Benefactors are very much part of the life of the gallery, being invited to all post-private view dinners with artists, as well as enjoying all the same benefits as SLG Patrons.

Exhibition Donors

Exhibition Donors choose to support particular exhibitions or projects within our programme with a minimum donation of £5,000.  Exhibition donors are credited on all publicity relating to that exhibition or project, as well as receiving all the same benefits as SLG Programme Benefactors.

For further information about joining the SLG as a patron, benefactor or exhibition donor please contact Georgina Davey on 020 7703 6120, or email georgina@southlondongallery.org
