WED 15 JUN, 7PM, £3, CLORE STUDIO

Overview

As part of the Rhyme and Reason festival of poetry and music, the SLG and The Feminist Library present an evening of poetry and readings based on material drawn from The Feminist Library’s archive. The event is inspired by the work of feminist artist, activist and poet Astra Blaug (1927–2015). Poetry and visual art by Astra is presented alongside the work of invited artists and writers.

The Feminist Library, is a large collection of Women's Liberation literature based in London. Founded in 1975, the Library is led by a collective of volunteers, and funded by its supporters: feministlibrary.co.uk.
