The Sunday Spot is an ongoing series of drop-in family activities which takes place every Sunday from 2-4pm (with the exception of Easter Sunday, Christmas and New Year).

This regular Sunday afternoon workshop for children and families is led by artists and projects change each month exploring themes in the SLG's exhibitions. This informal workshop is ideal for children aged 3-12 years and their parents or guardians.

The Sunday Spot has been running since June 2010, and the artists who have participated include Laura X Carlé, Ross Robertson, Helen Rousseau, Isa Suarez, Rosanna McLaughlin, Elaine Reynolds, Cristina Lina and Jemma Egan. Sessions are supported by Zoë Tynan-Campbell.
