Overview

The South by South film screening series continues with the UK premiere of this documentary directed by Yanick Létourneau, programmed in partnership with Film Africa 2012. African hip hop pioneer Didier Awadi travels to 40 countries and uses the power of music to highlight his dream of a united, independent Africa.

The South by South film programme showcases work made by artists living and working in Africa and is curated in partnership with Joseph Adesunloye in association with Africa 2.0 and the Royal African Society.

Programmed in partnership with Film Africa, which is a ten-day celebration of the best of African cinema. Film Africa 2012 runs from November 1st until 11th in venues across London. More information
