The Clore Studio at the South London Gallery is a distinctive and elegant setting for a range of private functions, receptions and corporate events for up to 60 guests. As a registered charity, all income generated from venue hire directly supports the gallery’s education and artistic programmes.

At present, we are unable to accept venue hire bookings until autumn 2016. This is due to building work being undertaken at the rear of the gallery for the redesign of the adjoining courtyard, transforming it into an artist-designed garden.

For venue hire enquiries in 2015 and 2016 that do not require access to the garden, such as photoshoots or filming, we will endeavour to accommodate your request so please contact us with your enquiry. We also have two smaller rooms available for meetings and awaydays, for up to 15 guests.

We will have further information about availability and prices for 2016 in due course. If you would like to be among the first to know about hiring the Clore Studio in 2016 please register your interest by emailing Georgina Davey at
