A Pakistani pop up dinner that captures the warmth of desi hospitality over a summer evening in London. The dastarkhan is abundant, the conversation exciting, this is what means to be Pakistani today.
Over 7 courses, Chefs Asad Monga and Numra Siddiqui take you on a journey through their experiences on the Pakistani terrain.
The menu is a conversation about what Pakistani cuisine looks like in the future. Each course touches on classic desi cooking beyond the nostalgia of the hands of grandmothers, to a new generation asserting their place in the world through new technique and flavours.
