Come along to the SLG for an afternoon of art, creative activities, free food and drink, and live performance!  

The SLG’s youth collective, the Art Assassins, have been exploring the question: What does it mean to be an artist?  

Emerging Conversations is a thought-provoking, multi-disciplinary exhibition of new work. The show features short films, painting, installation, photography, spoken word and lino prints.  

From 2-5pm, join us for:  

  • An exhibition of new work  
  • Drop-in collage workshop: make your mark, share your thoughts and be part of a collective artwork 
  • Free drinks, food and music 
  • A live poetry performance 
  • Free Zines to pick up sharing the Art Assassins’ artworks, writings, and reflections on being an artist 
  • Meet other creatives  

Everyone is welcome – come by yourself or bring a friend!
