ABOUT GEM
We’re Kacper and Emma, the duo behind London Supper Club Gem. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Kacper is a passionate Michelin-trained chef who learned culinary excellence alongside top chefs in Newcastle, Edinburgh, Devon and London. Emma began her career in France, training and working within communications and marketing. A move to London opened up new horizons as she expanded her expertise and passion for the hospitality industry.
