Join a sourdough bread making workshop led by artist Laura Wilson.
Learn how to make a sourdough loaf and leave the workshop with your own bread ready for the oven, proving basket and sourdough starter, as well as the skills and tools to continue making bread at home.
The workshop includes a light breakfast of freshly baked bread and homemade jam.
BIOGRAPHY
Laura Wilson (b. Belfast, Northern Ireland, lives and works in London) is interested in how history is carried and evolves through everyday materials, trades and craftsmanship. She works with specialists to develop sculptural and performative works that amplify the relationship between materiality, memory and tacit knowledge.
