They will be serving up a hearty, home-cooked Filipino feast, creating a dining experience that captures the best of Filipino food culture.

LARANG
Mackerel sauteed with aromatics then finished off in a sour broth with fermented black beans

NGOHIONG
Battered deep-fried Five Spice vegetable spring rolls

Beef short rib in a peanut and coconut stew, with candied peanuts and pickled chillies. Served with aubergines, long beans and bagoong (fermented shrimp paste)

Frozen palate cleanser made from the juice of the native Filipino citrus
