Julian has established a growing reputation on the live-fire scene over the past few years. He collaborates with some of the best fire chefs around and explores his passion for foraging and fermentation. Julian has fused a strong passion for English, seasonal, sustainable and ethical produce, cooking over charcoal and wood with nordic and asian preservation techniques to create something unique.
