The Art Assassins worked with the artist collective, Network 11 and developed a new improvised sound performance presented at Frieze Art Fair and the Peckham Road Fire Station.
Between September – November 2016, the Art Assassins worked with the artist collective, Network 11 and developed a new work Sonorous – an improvised sound performance presented in the Reading Room at Frieze Art Fair. Building on this performance, the groups presented a further public performance in the former Peckham Road Fire Station.
Sonorous developed through research into Operndorf Afrika (Opera Village Africa), an arts project initiated in 2009 by German film/ theatre director and artist Christoph Schlingensief.
