Join us for a free, drop-in workshop for families!

Come together and reflect on your relationship to nature through this terrarium workshop with artist collective, Rooted Rhapsodies.

Suitable for children aged 5–12 years with their parents and carers.

ABOUT FAMILY SPACE

Family Space is a programme of free workshops that take place on the last Saturday of the month. Sessions are self-directed and designed for families with children aged 5-12 years old. The space is supported by the SLG’s Art and Play team.

ABOUT ROOTED RHAPSODIES

Rooted Rhapsodies is an artistic collective aimed at engaging nature interested creative people. Started in 2023 by Artist, Poet and Tinkerer; Jordan Minga and Horticulturalist and creative Dane Elorm.

ACCESS

The room is likely to be noisy.
The activity is not seated. Chairs are available upon request.
Ear plugs, ear defenders, magnifying glasses and wheelchairs are all available.

FURTHER INFORMATION

The workshop is free and drop-in any time from 11am-1pm. No booking required. Places are available on a first come, first served basis.
