Join us on Saturday 26 September for an all-day event, celebrating 135 years of the South London Gallery. With family activities, art, live music, delicious food and more!
ABOUT THE FÊTE
Expect food, drink, gallery tours and entertainment for all ages throughout the day. There’ll also be a bouncy castle, face painting and an extended edition of Family Space – our artist-led workshop for children and families – with Sadie St Hilaire.
We will also be launching the SLG Forever Raffle, fundraising for our work with prizes from some of our favourite south London businesses.
ABOUT SLG FOREVER
The South London Gallery has been free and open to all for 135 years. Today, it is one of the best places to see ground-breaking contemporary art in London. We are recognised internationally and embedded in our local community.
The SLG is a charity whose work has been transformative for countless artists, children and young people, and inspired millions of visitors.
In 2026 we have launched the SLG Forever anniversary campaign, marked by special events and activations throughout the year, to raise much-needed funds to build on this legacy and make an even greater impact.
